Payment

Is a deposit required?

Island Hop Express Tours & Taxi Service requires a deposit of 20%  per booking to our PayPal account. You will be automatically taken to the payment window when you book online. Please Contact Us for PayPal details or other payment methods if you are not booking online.

Are there any additional charges

This is dependent on the tour. Some of our tours include the entrance/activity fee and is indicated in the details of each tour.

What currency is used for transactions?

Our prices are quoted in United States Dollars; however, we  are flexible and can convert to your currency as required.

Do you accept credit cards

Yes, Island Hop Express Tours & Taxi Service accepts all major credit cards via PayPal.

Reservation

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You must contact us at least 48 hours (2 days) ahead of your scheduled tour for a refund. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up.

Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up?

Yes. We require a reservation for all tours.

Tour Information

What are your pickup locations?

We pick up from the Falmouth Pier, Ocho Rios Pier, both International Airports and all the hotels in Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay. Additionally, we can arrange pickup from other locations as required.

Do you do group tours?

Yes, we do group tours. Please Contact Us for group specials.

What is the minimum persons for a package tour?

This varies per tour and is displayed on the tour page.

Weather

Weather impact?

We do tours that the weather permits. If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the tour will be changed or cancelled based on your instruction and availability of the tour.

What if the ship does not dock?

You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
